Jockey Barry Geraghty benefited from the injury suffered by Paul Carberry at Clonmel yesterday when substituting on the Noel Meade trained The Fist Of God winner of the www.syncreon.com Hurdle at Limerick today.
The Fist Of God justified 5/4 favouritism when running out the two and a half lengths winner from Coliseum with Meade later reporting "The Fist Of God will now be entered in the Galway Hurdle."
He added %u201Che jumps so well over hurdles and although he races quite lazily on the Flat, he may run in a Derby Day handicap at The Curragh before going to Galway.%u201D
