Godolphin buy Uruguayan star Uruguayan superstar Sir Fever has been bought by Godolphin. Sir Fever won the Triple Crown in his native country and the last horse to complete that feat was Invasor, who subsequently went on to win the Dubai World Cup. The four-year-old has joined Charlie Appleby's string in Dubai and the trainer reports the colt to be in fine form. He told www.thenational.ae: "The horse has arrived here safe and sound and is jogging away in light exercise. "He had his first canter today over half a mile. He is a fine, good-looking individual and is light on his feet. "I have watched his races in Uruguay and he jumps, runs and is a grinder. He is an exciting horse."
