The first on a seven-race card gets underway at 4.05pm. Meanwhile Down Royal is currently good to yielding (round track) and good on the straight track ahead of tomorrow's Flat meeting. All eyes will be on the weather over the next few days ahead of the Irish Champions Weekend extravaganza at Leopardstown and the Curragh. Leopardstown is currently good (good to firm in places) on the inner track and good (good to yielding in places) on the outer track. The Curragh is good to yielding, and yielding in places on the straight track, after 3.4mm of rain overnight. Widespread rain (in the region of 10mm) is expected tomorrow afternoon, while further rain is forecast on Sunday. Listowel's seven-day Festival meeting is scheduled to commence on Sunday, and the going is currently described as yielding (National Hunt) and soft (Flat).
