The going at Cork, ahead of tomorrow's meeting, is currently heavy on both tracks following 7mm rain overnight.

The forecast is for a dry day today, with rain overnight clearing tomorrow morning and for a cold and dry on Sunday.

Naas, which stages a Grade 1 hurdle on Sunday, is currently soft, soft to heavy in places.

Jockey Harry Swan was able to slow things down around the five-furlong mark and that proved essential to the 3/4 of a length victory, fending off the Joseph O'Brien-trained Delta, who was closing all the way but couldn't match the winner on the day.

Nibras Rainbow Gains Deserved Leopardstown Success

The Paul Flynn-trained Nibras Rainbow got his head in front after finishing second and third already at Leopardstown through the summer. Ridden by Leigh Roche, he was prominent throughout and had a good battle with the Peter Fahey-trained Alto Sax in the last furlong, just prevailing to score by a neck.
