The ground at Clonmel remains heavy ahead of this afternoon's meeting at the Co. Tipperary venue.

A seven-race card is scheduled to get underway at 1.30pm, and the weather forecast is cold but generally dry both today and tomorrow.

Gordon Elliott, fresh from completing his first century of winners in an Irish National Hunt season, and Willie Mullins are represented at the meeting, while a host of top riders in action include Ruby Walsh and Bryan Cooper.

The action switches to the all-weather at Dundalk on Friday for their regular Flat action under the lights, while the going looks sure to be testing over the weekend with an unsettled forecast.

The Grade 2 At The Races Bobbyjo Chase is the highlight at Fairyhouse on Saturday, while Cheltenham clues should be picked up at Naas on Sunday with two Grade 2's on their Paddy Power sponsored card.
