The ground at Roscommon is currently Soft to Heavy (Flat) and Soft (N.H. course) following 5mm of rain overnight. Island hurdles are in use and the forecast is for heavy showers today.

At Fairyhouse, the ground is currently good to yielding, yielding in places, with a forecast of heavy, thundery, isolated showers today, showers, some heavy, again tomorrow.

The ground at Cork remains soft to heavy (Sprint track) and soft (Round track) while at Leopardstown, the ground is now good to soft, good in places (with no overnight rain).

I did a lot of hunting with the Ward Union Hunt and Fingal Harriers Hunt, and then I got into the Ward Union Pony Club. My brother, my two younger sisters and I all did the pony club for a good couple of years. We did eventing and show jumping and everything.
