Green may skip Wexford test Mouse Morris has warned hat-trick seeking Baily Green could swerve Wednesday's Audrey McGrath Memorial Chase at Wexford. The six-year-old, who competed in some top-class races in the winter, is at his best on a sound surface. While the ground is currently described as yielding, Morris is not prepared to risk him if the ground gets much softer, especially with Galway on the horizon. "He probably wants better ground and if it got much softer he could be a doubtful runner," said Morris. "I'm hoping the rain stays away because the form-book tells you he just isn't as effective on soft. The weather is incredible, I've never known Fairyhouse to be called off in the middle of July. "If he misses this we'll look at Galway for him. It's hard to make a plan with the weather like it is, but we'll keep him entered up." Willie Mullins' Raptor is due to carry top weight with Gordon Elliott's Lord Redsgirth, Oliver Brady's Imperial Shabra and John Nicholson's Great Oak also among the seven runners.
