Ground eases at Bellewstown

The ground has eased at Bellewstown after rain overnight at the Co. Meath track.

The going is now good to yielding after the course received 12.7mm of rain last night.

The ground had previously been good, good to firm in places. The course holds a two-day meeting on Wednesday and Thursday.

The forecast is for the weather to remain unsettled with showers, some heavy, today and tomorrow.

The ground at Gowran Park remains good to soft, soft in places (3mm rain overnight) for today's meeting at 1.30pm.

The Curragh has improved slightly to soft from soft to heavy ahead of their two-day meeting this weekend.

Cork also race on Sunday and the ground there remains soft, soft to heavy in places.

Downpatrick race next Monday and the ground there is currently good.

Ahead of Killarney's four-day festival which starts next Wednesday the ground is currently soft.
