The four-day August Festival meeting continues at Tramore this evening, and ground conditions have eased following some rain yesterday and again overnight.

There was 2mm of rain overnight and the going is currently described as yielding on the flat and hurdle track, and yielding (good in places) on the chase track.

The weather forecast is generally dry in the region for the next few days, and the action on an all Flat card this evening gets underway at 5.15pm.

The south-eastern track also hosts racing on Saturday and Sunday, while Dundalk opens it's doors on Sunday.
