Ground unchanged at Killarney The ground remains good, good to firm in places on all tracks ahead of today's opening fixture of the four-day Killarney August Festival. Watering is taking place on the hurdle and chase tracks while officials are monitoring the weather in regard to the Flat track. Fresh ground will be available for the Flat track tomorrow. The forecast is for a dry sunny day today at the Kerry venue. The ground at the Curragh is now good to firm on the round course and good on the straight track ahead of the meeting on Sunday which features the Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes. The forecast is generally dry for today and tomorrow.
