Konig Hall contracted in price from 10/1 earlier in the day to 9/4 favourite for the concluding Track Your Favourite Horse On The Paddy Power Messenger Betting App Handicap (division two) at Dundalk. He could do no better than third place as Reddot Dancer did the business for Michael Halford and Shane Foley.

Fourteen to one chance Reddot Dancer is a three-year-old son of Danehill Dancer, and here off a sliding mark (down to 57) and with blinkers deployed for the first time, he shed his maiden tag on start eight.

After being slowly away and held up in rear, Reddot Dancer came out best in a blanket finish, by a neck, and a head twice, from Trissino (40/1), the aforementioned Konig Hall, and Alhellal

"He had a good run first time at the Curragh behind Hit It A Bomb but has been a bit disappointing since," said Foley.

"He was very keen the last day in the Curragh so I decided to ride him dead today and it worked.

"He had a lot of ground to make up but did it in fairness to him.

"He has a bit more ability than he has shown. We know how to ride him now and there could be a bit more to come."
