Jockey Leigh Roche bagged consecutive daily wins at Bellewstown’s July festival today, as he landed the Eco Bullet Handicap on the Willie McCreery-trained Happy Henry (4/1cf).

Successful on Eamonn Delany’s locally trained Dream Legend yesterday, Roche settled Happy Henry in mid-field before producing him to lead inside the final furlong, as the pair scored by 1.5 lengths from By Bye Now .

McCreery mentioned "Happy Henry is thriving and they can't go fast enough for him in races. Today’s race was run in a good time (58.69 seconds) and I even thought he hit the front a bit soon.

"He's growing into himself, he's putting it all together and seems to enjoy it because he was bucking like a wally both beforehand and after!

"We'll keep progressing and is one for Megan (Telford Kelly, stable apprentice) to ride, as he has gone up in the handicap and she can claim 7lb off."
