Hasanour aims for Cambridgeshire glory Mick Halford reports Hasanour to be in great form as he bids to complete his hat-trick in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Irish Cambridgeshire at the Curragh on Sunday. The four-year-old son of Giant's Causeway won at the Galway Festival on the last day of July before following up at the Curragh on Saturday last. He will carry just 8st 7lb in this valuable 21-runner handicap, and Halford, who won the race in 2006 and again in 2010, is hopeful of a big run. The Co Kildare handler said: "He has won his last two and he gets in here off a nice light weight. He is in great form and we will just see if he is able for this step up in class." Halford also saddles Won Diamond and Warbird and is expecting good runs from the both of them. He went on: "Won Diamond hasn't run in a while but he is in great form and his work has been very good, so I'm hoping for a good run from him. "Warbird has had a little break since his last run. Again, he is in good form and he has been pleasing us in his work. Taking 5lb off with Sean Corby's claim will help him and I expect him to run well." Jim Bolger is also triple-handed and he runs Intensical (Kevin Manning), Move To Strike (Rory Cleary) and Maggie Dalton (Ronan Whelan). Dermot Weld's Defining Year finished a close-up fourth in the Topaz Mile and is likely to feature prominently in the betting, while the Ger Lyons-trained Burn The Boats can be expected to give a good account of himself after getting back to winning ways at Navan on his last start. Andrew Oliver won this race in 2012 and is represented by No Dominion, who looks a leading contender, while Sretaw will bid to finally get this head in front after finishing second on his last six starts. The Michael Dods trained-Muharrer is an interesting English raider and the Andrew Tinkler-owned gelding will be ridden by Fergal Lynch.
