The three-year-old son of New Bay was a gutsy winner in the Galway Festival, and back up to a mile and a quarter, showed that he has stamina in reserves as he chased down the Aidan O’Brien-trained Port of Spain to get up right on the line in what is a third success in a row.

The Jessica Harrington-trained Wie Wunderbar (7/1) was a gutsy winner of the Harts Group Apprentice Handicap for jockey Keithan Kennedy.
