Hot Sauce takes in Newbury John Murphy's Hot Sauce travels across to Newbury for the Lord Weinstock Memorial EBF Stallions Stakes on Thursday. The three-year-old was a good winner at Gowran Park on her penultimate start and was last seen finishing a close third in a competitive Curragh handicap. Murphy said: "She's got to step up from her last run, but the form of the race is good, with the winner (Duca Valentinois) winning against since. "She'll have to improve on the ratings to beat some of the horses she runs against (on Thursday), but she's in good shape and I think the ground should be fine. Hopefully they keep it safe. "A mile and a quarter suits her well, but I think she'll get further in time."
