The last two winners Major Bell and Speaker Weatherill are also in the line-up, along with Village King who scored impressively at Cheltenham on New Year's Eve for Philip Hobbs.
Trainer Peter Beaumont confirmed Niki Dee to be an intended runner in Saturday's three-mile contest as long there are no extremes of going.
"He's in good shape and on target for the race. Robbie Supple will ride," Beaumont said.
"He would only miss the race if the ground was either heavy or fast."
