Iggy gets a winner just before race week at Galway Placed for the first time in 26 career starts when third at Sligo earlier in the month, Dream Shaper built on that when slipping the field to easily land the first division of the Massey Ferguson Johnston Farm Equipment Longford Handicap Hurdle at Kilbeggan. The 11/1 chance went on after the first in the two miles, three furlong-contest and built up a big advantage over his rivals from the third. It was apparent on the long run from the second-last flight of hurdles that the Morpheus gelding, owned and trained in Castlegar, near Galway, by Iggy Madden, wouldn't be caught, barring a mishap, and he passed the post with 11 lengths to spare over Barrogstown Girl.  "I was quietly confident," said jockey Paddy Cleary. "I rode him the first day in Limerick a few months ago and he gave me a very good feel. On better ground in Sligo, he ran well but met a few traffic problems.  "Today, I was insistent on getting plenty of room, plenty of space on him. I let him roll away and kept the pressure on him.
