Invasor Cruises To Suburban Glory Hamdan Al Maktoum's Invasor won the $400,000 Suburban Handicap at Belmont Park by an easy looking four and a quarter lengths.The four-year-old colt, trained by Kiaran McLaughlin and ridden by Fernando Jara, has only suffered one defeat in six career starts which came at the hands of Godolphin's Discreet Cat in Dubai.Wilko, formerly in the care of Jeremy Noseda, contested the lead early in the race but faded disappointingly in the straight to finish last while Rathor, an ex-Henry Cecil in-mate could only finish one place better in the seven runner field.'He was most impressive,' McLaughlin told www.thoroughbredtimes.com.'I was impressed last time and surprised, but today I was even more impressed. He's the real deal. I don't know how I got him beat, but maybe I should say we don't want to see Discreet Cat anywhere.'
