Irish pair do battle in France Irish raiders Bayan and Gitane Du Berlais feature in a field of 10 for the Prix Juigne at Auteuil on Sunday. Bayan, trained by Gordon Elliott, is having his first race since winning The Ladbroke at Ascot in December. The Willie Mullins-trained Gitane Du Berlais landed the Grade One Scilly Isles Novices' Chase at Sandown on her latest start and was successful at the Paris track when trained by Robert Collet. A field of 10 for this Grade Three hurdle race over two miles and two furlongs is headed by last year's winner Lord Prestige. The eight-year-old was last seen finishing fifth to Paul Nicholls' Ladbrokes World Hurdle contender Zarkandar at this course in November.
