Emmet Mullins' crack hunter chaser Its On The Line is set to tread a familiar path to Down Royal on St Stephen's Day.

The Presenting gelding finished runner-up in the hunter chase on the same card last year as a starting point in a campaign that saw him pipped by a neck in second at Cheltenham before landing the Champion Hunters Steeplechase at Punchestown.

Mullins said: "He is entered for Down Royal on the 26th and all is great.

"He has had a recent run in a point-to-point (fourth in Ballindenisk in November), so hopefully that should put him spot on.

"He doesn't show you anything at home, but I've told Derek (O'Connor) to go and ride him if he can on St Stephen's Day."

The eight-year-old gelding is the winner of eight races under rules in addition to three point-to-points.
