A dual winner at the Festival, the Cian Collins trained Jazzy Matty will return to Cheltenham to run at the end of October.

Mid division in the Galway Plate on his most recent appearance, the six-year-old pleased Collins with his performance before stamina limitations were exposed.

"Jazzy Matty is going to Cheltenham later this month for a handicap hurdle on the Friday. He is in great form so we are looking forward to running him," Collins said.

"He did too much and probably jumped and travelled too well in the Galway Plate so didn't get home. I was very happy with the run at the same time.

"Two miles around Cheltenham is definitely his trip but he gets away with 2m4f somewhere else. He has had a break and just loves Cheltenham.

"I think he will capitalise on his hurdle rating as there were excuses every day for his hurdle defeats. If everything goes right, he'll be ok."
