Johnny King enquiry Meeting: CORK DAY 3, 5TH APRIL 2010 The Stewards received a complaint from Mr Michael O’Neill, Racecourse Manager, in relation to a report from his staff member at the ambulance gate that Mr J.J.King, Qualified Rider, had attempted to gain unauthorised admission at this point and made unfavourable remarks when forced to leave and gain admission through the proper procedures Mr King admitted that he tried to gain admission at the ambulance gate but did not feel that he acted in an improper manner towards the staff member but did offer to make her an immediate apology for his actions. Having considered the eveidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr King was in breach of Rule 272 and severely cautioned him concerning his future conduct.
