Katiyra a Gowran Possible Katiyra is set to take a significant drop in grade for the Hurry Harriet Stakes at Gowran Park next week. The three-year-old ran a mighty race to take third in the Juddmonte Oaks at Epsom in June, going down by just over six lengths on only her third racecourse appearance. She was slightly disappointing when only fifth in the Irish equivalent and Oxx is hoping a drop into Listed company can see her secure a first victory of the season. "The Hurry Harriet Stakes at Gowran in a week is a definite possibility for Katiyra," said Oxx. "We were a little disappointed with her run in the Irish Oaks as she didn't seem to be as fluent in her action as she was before. "She also lost a length on Moonstone on the Epsom form but she came out of the race fine and if she is looking well next week, we will let her take her chance."
