A model of consistency this season, Genuine Article is likely to reappear at the Curragh next weekend.

Gerry Keane's five-year-old won at Galway in July and was narrowly beaten into second in the Cambridgeshire on his penultimate start.

He again had to settle for the runner-up berth on his most recent outing and is now up to a career high mark of 93.

"He will probably go to the Curragh on Saturday," Keane revealed.

"He has done well, he won in Galway and I'd say he ran into a nice one when second in that rated race (behind Iowa City in Galway).

"The Curragh next Saturday is the plan at the minute."
