Kinane picks Quarter Moon

Michael Kinane has chosen to ride Quarter Moon from Aidan O`Brien`s quartet in the Group One Moyglare Stud Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday.

Seamus Heffernan takes over on Sophisticat, who has finished second to Queen`s Logic in both the Queen Mary Stakes and Peugeot Lowther Stakes.

Quarter Moon, a daughter of Sadler`s Wells, was a head second to Saranac Lake in the Group Three Debutante Stakes at the Curragh on her only start to date.

O`Brien`s other two runners are Ardara and Moon Safari.

Godolphin juvenile trainer David Loder is responsible for two of the field.

They are Frankie Dettori`s mount, the unbeaten Seba, winner of the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot last time out, and Indy Rose, who will be ridden by Darryll Holland.

Barry Hills` Bright And Clear completes the trio. Richard Hughes takes the ride.

The daughter of Danehill earned a crack at the #126,350 seven-furlong contest with a stylish two-and-half-length victory at Newmarket earlier this month.
