King Baffled By Bailey Flop Alan King is at a loss to explain Blazing Bailey's lacklustre run at Cheltenham on Saturday. The five-year-old had finished third behind Inglis Drever in the World Hurdle at Prestbury Park in March but never appeared to be travelling with his usual zest.'I don't know why but he raced with his tongue hanging out for the whole way,' said King.'I was very worried with a circuit to go because that is not him.'He's fine this morning. We will just run a few checks on his blood and things. I might put a different bridle on him next time to make sure it doesn't happen again.'He certainly didn't give his running. I wasn't expecting him to win yesterday but I did expect him to run a very big race, which he didn't ? he was gone at the top of the hill,' he told Channel 4 Racing.(C) PA Sport
