King George on Golden Horn's radar John Gosden has raised the possibility of running impressive Derby winner Golden Horn in both the Coral-Eclipse and the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Stakes. While there were stamina doubts heading to Epsom for the Cape Cross colt, the way he powered away from stablemate Jack Hobbs answered all those questions. Gosden immediately pointed to the Eclipse as his next port of call but having won the King George with last year's Oaks winner Taghrooda, he is once again eyeing the midsummer highlight with a three-year-old. The Clarehaven handler also holds a strong hand with his older horses for Ascot, though, with Eagle Top and possibly Wolferton Handicap winner Mahsoob in the frame. "Golden Horn did his first breeze since the Derby on Saturday, just by himself," Gosden said. "He's in the Eclipse and the King George and I need to talk it through with his owner. But he could do both."
