LOI TO BE CHECKED OUT James Fanshawe is 'leaving no stone unturned' as he tries to get to the bottom of last year`s Smurfit Champion Hurdle runner-up Hors La Loi III`s loss of form. He revealed today that the gelding has left his Newmarket yard for a check-up in order to assess his physical wellbeing. Hors La Loi III was pulled up on his reappearance at Cheltenham last December and again in very testing ground at Sandown last Saturday. His trainer said: 'He has left here and we have sent him to the Animal Health Trust to get him checked on the treadmill to see if they can find anything or if it was just the ground on Saturday. 'We are leaving no stone unturned and we should have the results by the weekend. 'He was disappointing on Saturday but I don`t think I was the only trainer leaving Sandown disappointed.' William Hill quote Hors La Loi III at 33-1 for the Champion Hurdle, in which he went down by just four lengths to Istabraq in 2000.
