Leopardstown look forward to exciting meeting Officials at Leopardstown racecourse are looking forward to a high class meeting on January 28 & 29, featuring the BHP Insurance Irish Champion Hurdle. The races have attracted the very best horses from both Ireland and England. They promise to be two wonderful races and I’m delighted for the sponsors who have provided great support to Leopardstown. "The BHP Irish Champion Hurdle looks like being one of the best hurdle races ever seen and forms part of our new 2-day January Jumps Weekend. We hope to build on the great success of our Christmas Festival and again we look forward to opening the Festival Enclosure which will be in full swing throughout the weekend with the Winning Line panel in the morning giving the tips for the day and music in the afternoon to add to the excitement of the racing. "Next Monday we will have the entries for the Boylesports.com Handicap Hurdle which will be run on the first day of the meeting.
