Lingfield goes ahead

This afternoon's meeting at Lingfield goes ahead after the track passed a precautionary inspection.

Clerk of the course Neil MacKenzie Ross was forced to abandon Thursday's meeting due to snow and conditions on the roads surrounding the track were causing concern.

However, the situation has improved overnight and the meeting got the go-ahead after a 6am check.
