Two sets of silks to have gotten successful airings in recent times could be to the fore at Naas again today if early market moves are any guide.

The Clearys Syndicate have a lovely type on their hands in dual Wexford scorer Barnacullia.

Barnacullia's trainer, Mick Mulvany, also has care of Seeingisbelieving for the Clearys, and the Make Believe colt has shortened up markedly to head the betting for the Tally-Ho Stud Irish EBF Birdcatcher Premier Nursery Handicap at 1.00.

Gary Carroll is on Seeingisbelieving, whilst Wesley Joyce takes the reins on the other Mulvany hope in the six furlong heat, It’ll Do My Day.

Meanwhile Lunar Power scored impressively for owner Mrs Patricia Hunt, and trainer Noel Meade at Leopardstown in the middle of October.

Today those powerful connections have booked Chris Hayes for the spin on Layfayette in the Listed Finale Stakes.

With first-time blinkers on Layfayette has contracted from double figure offers to a prominent market position for the near mile and a half heat.
