The opener this evening at Tipperary which was a thrilling finish was won by Tommy Stacks Sugar Free with Wayne Lordan doing the steering for owner Richard Barnes. Brown Vixen trained by Tracey Collins with Danny Mullins in the saddle battled with the eventual winner all the way up the straight and Lordan got his mount in front just on the line to win by a head.
