Eventual winner, Fort Del Oro and the third home, Most Beautiful could be picked out as the smoothest travellers from some way out in the featured Listed Yeomanstown Stud Dark Angel European Breeders Fund Stakes at Naas. UK raider Buying Trouble split the pair by running a big race in second.

Billy Lee asked favourite Fort Del Oro to go and win her race from a furlong out as Most Beautiful was also pushed along.

Declan McDonogh switched David Evans' three-year-old Buying Trouble off a rail slot behind Fort Del Oro to launch her final bid inside the last.

Buying Trouble finished off her race well but she was three parts of a length down on Fort Del Oro at the line, with half a length back to Most Beautiful.

Winning trainer Eddie Lynam also saddled Lady Mega (4th) and Byzantium (6th) and he said: "She seems to be adaptable ground wise. I was a bit worried about the ground but that's just me as I worry about everything. Anyway she got away with it, and has a bit of class.

"That's the last fillies Listed race over five or six furlongs until 2017, and we could all be in Brexit by then!"

Ballylinch Stud own and bred the victorious 10/11 chance (from 5/4).
