MOLONEY APPEAL FAILS At a Jockey Club disciplinary inquiry yesterday, Paul Moloney failed in his bid to overturn a seven-day ban imposed by the Cheltenham stewards last Saturday.The committee upheld the decision of the Cheltenham stewards that Moloney did not take all reasonable measures to achieve the best placing on Saor Theas in a novice hurdle.Moloney is suspended from December 18-28 on days on which jump racing is scheduled to take place.
