Maguire back with a winner Irish jockey Jason Maguire made a winning return to race riding aboard Bonne Fee at Hereford on Thursday. Maguire had been sidelined since a fall at Cartmel in August and made his return to action in the HFT Green Diamond Mares' Maiden Open NH Flat Race for trainer Kim Bailey. It appeared as though he was going to be out of luck as the favourite, Emily's Flyer, pulled clear from the field turning in and looked to have the race at her mercy. However, Magurie conjured a late run out of the four year old daughter of Karinga Bay who came with a sustained challenge under the stands' side rail to score by a length with the pair over three lengths clear of Petrarchick in third. Maguire said: "It's great to ride a winner with my first ride back. "I've had a bit of a blow because she was very green and was off the bridle some way out." Bonne Fee was returned at 18-1 but was matched for £19 at 500-1 on Betfair.
