Market Rasen & Musselburgh called off Tuesday's meeting at Market Rasen has been abandoned due to a frozen track. Clerk of the course Jane Hedley was due to inspect the track at 1pm but she was able to make an earlier call after seeing little improvement in conditions. With another frost forecast for tonight, Hedley was left with no option but to abandon the meeting. Meanwhile this afternoon's meeting at Musselburgh was earlier called off due to a frozen track. Clerk of the course Harriet Graham inspected the course at 8am and reported the track to be unraceable with little chance of sufficient improvement in time to race. She tweeted: "Frozen (and) temperatures not rising in time to get frost out of the ground."
