Peter Fahey's Faithful Prince is as short as 7/2 from as big as 14/1 for the extended mile handicap at 5.10 in Galway.

Fahey's stable has had five winners and a runner-up from its last seven runners at the time of writing.

This four-year-old gelding ought to relish the conditions in Ballybrit as he won on soft ground at Killarney last October.

He lost his form after that success, however, he showed more on his last start when sixth in Killarney. The blinkers that were deployed that day are retained. The handicapper has dropped him by 2lb.

A full field of 18 runners are due to go to post with the reserves ruled out.
