Long House Island is a springer in the two mile handicap hurdle at Naas (3.20pm). The seven-year-old gelding hasn't been seen for 509 days and has been switched to trainer Denis Hogan. A hood is deployed for the first time. He is 9/2 from 14/1. Baroque Style is a notable non runner.

Noel Meade 's Snow Falcon is a strong favourite for the two and a half mile hurdle at 2.10pm. He was fifth in the Grade One Neptune at Cheltenham last season. His seasonal reappearance saw him come in third at Navan in September. He has been backed from even money to 8/11.

Meanwhile, in Cork Robert Tyner's Joint Reaction is popular in the two and a half mile maiden hurdle due off at 2.30pm. She is in receipt of the 7lb mares' allowance from her rivals and has been supported from 9/1 to 13/2. Screaming Rose bids to follow up on her debut victory in Galway when contesting the bumper. Punters have snapped up the 10/11 and she now trades at 4/6.
