Mary scores for Loughnane at Ffos Las Just for Mary recorded his first win since taking the Rockingham Handicap at the Curragh way back in July of 2009, as he took the Attheraces.com Free Race Replays Handicap at Ffos Las this afternoon. Trained by Mark Loughnane, the 7yo son of Groom Dancer followed up his good recent effort at Bellewstown last week, where he finished four lengths sixth to Mt Weather, to win today in good style by a length and a quarter. Andrea Atzeni rode the gelding in fourth early on and made headway two furlongs out when going best. He led a furlong from home and despite edging right on to the rail inside the final furlong he ran on well to score comfortably at 4/1.
