Master & Twist head Tingle entries Past winners Master Minded and Twist Magic are Paul Nicholls' two entries in the Keith Prowse Hospitality Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown on Saturday. Between them they have won the last three runnings of the prestigious two-mile contest. Master Minded, the dual Champion Chase hero, was successful at the Esher track in 2008, while Twist Magic came out on top in 2007 and 2009. Nicholls has won the last five renewals of the Tingle Creek, with Kauto Star having obliged in 2005-06. Seven Barrows trainer Nicky Henderson is also double-handed with French Opera and Petit Robin. Gauvain, who made a triumphant return to action at Cheltenham earlier this month, could bid for more glory for Nick Williams, who took the Hennessy with Diamond Harry at the weekend. Henrietta Knight has put in Somersby, while completing the 10 entries are I'm So Lucky, Kinkeel, Mahogany Blaze and Oiseau De Nuit. Andrew Cooper, Sandown director of racing, said: "I am very pleased with the entry as it looks to be a strong renewal, with plenty of opposition to the Paul Nicholls-trained duo. "The weather forecast moving forward is some risk of snow and remaining cold, so we will just have to see what happens as the week progresses."
