McPHAIL MAY FACE OPERATION Jockey Ollie McPhail faces at least another three or four weeks out of action after breaking his left collarbone for the second time this season. The conditional rider sustained the injury when Noisy Miner fell at the sixth fence in the Dream Experience `Flight For A Day` Conditional Jockeys` Handicap Chase at Kempton on Wednesday. McPhail was out for six weeks in the autumn with the same injury and has broken the collarbone in the same place. He said today: 'I went to see my specialist this morning. 'It has broken in the same place which is a bit unfortunate. 'He said it has a 50-50 chance of healing so he said I might end up needing an operation - we`ll have to see how it feels. 'I`m going to see him again in three weeks to see how it is doing. 'When it feels comfortable I can start riding again and then if it looks as if it isn`t healing properly he might just want me to have an operation on it when it`s quiet during the summer. 'Hopefully I`ll be back within three or four weeks.' McPhail, who is attached to Alan King`s stable, has ridden 13 winners since the start of the season in May.
