Meade hopeful of big run from Helvic Dream at weekend Trainer Noel Meade is hopeful that Galway Hurdle second Helvic Dream can run a big race in the Colm White Bookmaker Beggar's End Handicap at Naas on Sunday. First past the post in the Ballybrit feature, the gelding was subsequently demoted to the runner-up position. Despite only finishing mid division in two subsequent outings on the Flat, Meade is hoping the gelding can improve next time. "Helvic Dream is good. I was a bit disappointed with him in the Cesarewitch, but he came out of it well," said Meade. "We gave him a little breeze the other morning and he seems to be in great shape. We think he gets the trip. "It is probably an easier race than the Cesarewitch. "I think he will run and Zoffman will run if he gets in. "I'm not altogether sure that we are going to run Layfayette. We had a little wind op done on him and we are sort of getting our way back with him. He is ready to run, but that far - I don't know." Additional reporting by Michael Graham
