Nicky Henderson’s stable jockey travels to Uttoxeter to partner Vincentio in the novice hurdle for Tim Fitzgerald, son of former trainer, Jimmy.Although it could prove that his last victory, Arctic Sky at Kempton on Wednesday, will go into the record books as his 1000th (a win on a technicality to be added), Fitzgerald is still keen to ride the one more needed saying ‘I am going to ride the 1,000th and not going to take anything for granted’.Despite not boasting anything special in the way of form, Vincentio has definite claims in a small field affair. It could be though, that Henderson will be the man to provide the all-important win with either Iris Royal or Caracciola at Sandown on Saturday.
