Moviesta to be dropped in class Moviesta will have his sights lowered in an attempt to get back to winning ways. Now trained by Eddie Lynam, the five-year-old has not won a race since his Group Two success at Goodwood in 2013. In the interim he has run good races in the Nunthorpe and Prix de l'Abbaye, but he has been taken out of the July Cup and will be kept away from Group One sprints for the time being. He made his seasonal return in the Diamond Jubilee last Saturday and after travelling well, faded in the final furlong. Part-owner Ritchie Fiddes said: "We always felt he'd be capable of mixing it over six with the best but Eddie says he just wants to try and get a win into him now. "It's nearly two years since he last won so we'll look for something smaller and try to get his head in front. "There were lots of positives, he travelled well and looked better than ever, he was very relaxed. "We knew he'd come on for the run, Eddie just couldn't get a run into him before it. "He was also stuck out wide in stall one so we'll get him fully tuned up and just try to win one. "We're not ruling out going again over six, it's just that there are only three big five-furlong sprints and in one of them he's very unlikely to get the quick ground he needs."
