Willie Mullins completed a double on the card at Killarney this evening when Cap D'Aubois opened account over fences in the beginners chase.

Ruby Walsh 's mount jumped into the lead at the fifth fence and made the best of his way home from there.

The 5/4 favourite had his rivals on the stretch jumping the second last and keep on well, when asked for an effort, on the run-in to post a two-and-a-quarter length victory over Pallaskenry

Cap D'Aubois had been third behind stable-mates Kemboy and C'est Jersey when last seen in action at Fairyhouse back in January.

Walsh said afterwards:- "He is a good bit stronger than he ever was. He won anyway and that's the main thing but it's August and that's his time of year."
