Let’s Dance justified her short price when giving Willie Mullins yet another Christmas winner in the Willis Towers Watson EBF Mares Hurdle at Leopardstown.

Ruby Walsh made all on the 1/3 shot with Slowmotion pressed the leader for most of the two-and-a-half mile trip.

Let’s Dance asserted before the final flight and went on to record a comprehensive 17-length success in the Grade 3 contest.

“She did that well. Jumped and galloped like we thought she would do. We’re pleased with her and she’s improving all the time,” said Mullins.

“I didn’t really get a chance to talk to Ruby but from what I can gather it was pretty straight-forward.

“The mares novice (at Cheltenham) is only two miles and she might go out further in trip. She may go for the mares hurdle even though she’s only a novice. She’s entered in both.

“Looking at that performance she could get three miles.”
