Mullins targets Saturday's Barka Un De Sceaux and Thousand Stars form a two-pronged attack for Willie Mullins on Saturday's Prix La Barka at Auteuil. Thousand Stars has won the Grade Two event twice, in 2012 and 2014, but he will be very much the stable second string as Un De Sceaux reverts to hurdles after defeats behind Sprinter Sacre in the Queen Mother Champion Chase at Cheltenham and Sandown's Celebration Chase. Un De Sceaux had previously won each of his 14 completed starts, including two Graded hurdles at Auteuil in 2014. Simonsig, who finished third in the Champion Chase at Punchestown, takes his chance for Nicky Henderson while Dan Skelton's Al Ferof and the Paul Nicholls-trained Ptit Zig are other familiar names. Mullins is also represented in the Prix Questarabad as Triumph Hurdle third Footpad bids to make amends for his fall at Aintree last time out.
