Murphy set for Stratford return Timmy Murphy will partner two rides tomorrow at Stratford when he returns from a riding break.The 27-year-old be back the saddle for the first time since he was arrested last month and charged with indecent assault on a flight from Japan.Murphy was charged with indecently assaulting a woman flight attendant on a plane to Heathrow on April 14 after partnering Cenkos in the Nakayama Grand Jump.He was bailed earlier this month at Uxbridge Magistrates Court and is due to reappear there on June 13th for a committal hearing to send the case to a Crown Court.Murphy makes his comeback tomorrow on Tony Carroll`s Firestone in the second race of the day, the Walls And Ceilings International Handicap Hurdle.He will also ride Khatani for David Gandolfo in the Llewellyn Humphreys Handicap Chase.
