Musselburgh passes inspection This afternoon's fixture at Musselburgh goes ahead as scheduled after passing an early-morning inspection. Officials at the Scottish venue needed to assess conditions due to the slight concern of a colder-than-forecast night. Temperatures, however, only dropped to zero degrees, so any frost fears were soon allayed. The going is good, good to soft in places, with racing due to begin at 12.20pm.
