NICK FACES JUST THREE Nick Dundee faces just three rivals in his prep race for next month`s Tote Cheltenham Gold Cup at Gowran Park tomorrow. Edward O`Grady`s gelding fell at the fifth fence in the Hennessy Cognac Gold Cup last time out. But he is reported none the worse for the mishap and his trainer has expressed himself satisfied with the nine-year-old`s preparation for the Red Mills Trial Chase, in which his opponents are Bob Treacy, Micko`s Dream and To Your Honour. Nick Dundee is a 12-1 chance with Ladbrokes for the Tote Cheltenham Gold Cup. Youlneverwalkalone will bid to restore his reputation in the Red Mills Trial Hurdle. After winning the Hatton`s Grace Hurdle at Fairyhouse in December the Christy Roche-trained seven-year-old was pulled up at Cheltenham the following week before falling at the second flight when returning to Prestbury Park last month. Roche also saddles Aerleon Pete, like Youlneverwalkalone owned by JP McManus, in the race. Other interesting runners are the versatile Dorans Pride and Mantles Prince, a four-and-a-half-length second to Istabraq in the AIG Europe Champion Hurdle on his latest start. Limestone Lad warms up for the Cheltenham Festival in the McCabe Builders Ltd Boyne Hurdle over three miles at Navan on Sunday. James Bowe`s tough nine-year-old won the race 12 months ago en route to finishing second to Bacchanal in the Bonusprint Stayers` Hurdle, which is his target again this term. Limestone Lad`s main rival looks to be Boss Doyle, second to Deano`s Beeno at Doncaster on his latest start.
